Payment methods

The online store civiliashoes.gr accepts the following payment methods for your order:

1) Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is a safe way to pay for your order. Upon receipt of your order you have the opportunity to pay it to the courier employee with cash on delivery costs of € 2.99. The cash on delivery method is valid only for orders within Greece as well as for orders that do not exceed € 250.

2) By credit / debit card

To pay by credit / debit card, you must fill in the relevant form and expiration date of your card, the name of the holder, as well as the three-digit number (CVV) on the back of the card when completing the order. If your card is credit and is supported by the interest-free installment plan, after filling in the card number, a relevant option will appear for the number of installments you want.

Accepted cards are those that appear as an option in the online ordering system.

On the order form you must fill in the required details of your credit card, for which you are the beneficiary, for which you are solely responsible for the correct registration and the truth of these. You are not allowed to use a third party credit card.

The charge will be made after checking this validity, certification of the data and availability of the balance, in order to cover the value of your order.

In case the said transaction is rejected by the competent Bank or the relevant network, then the purchase does not take place. The Company does not bear any responsibility in case of illegal use of credit cards. Transactions made through credit cards are made in a secure encrypted environment of the Bank, in an environment outside the site civiliashoes.gr.

If it is not possible to complete your order due to unsuccessful debiting of your credit card by the bank, you can contact the customer service department to have your order placed with a different payment method.

3) Via PayPal

With the PayPal payment method you have the opportunity to make your purchases using the safest and most widespread payment method in the world.

4) By bank deposit

In case you wish to make your purchases with the specific payment method, the status of your order will be waiting until the confirmation of the amount is confirmed by our accounting department. Please use your order number as a payment reference. You can also pick up the products of your order from our physical stores once you have paid the corresponding amount.
