Returns

For any product return, change or refund you must first contact our store by sending an e-mail stating the problem and the reasons for the change or call us at 2105754485.

After the return request is checked you will receive a notification message.

Any product that the customer wants to return or change must be in its original state, which means not worn, used or soiled. In order to change a product you have to put it in the package in which it was sent. In case this packaging is lost the customer has the obligation to package the product adequately so as to ensure its safe return to the store.

If you wish to change the product you purchased - and only if the product has not been used - you must submit a Return Request within 14 days of receipt and ship the product within 3 days of approval request.

For orders within Greece, the first change is made without any charge for the customer (if the replacement product has a value greater than € 30.00, otherwise the charge is € 3.00), while for each change after the first, the charge is at € 4.50 per product + € 1.50 per change and is automatically charged for the replacement order. For orders outside Greece, the customer returns the product with a charge and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (depending on the country of destination).

If you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another, you must submit a Return Request within 14 days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 7 days of approval of the Request. After the return is made and it is found that the product has not been used and is in excellent condition (both the product itself and its packaging), you will be refunded the total amount you paid (including shipping costs, if any) within 14 working days. In cases of refund you will be charged only with the cost of returning the product € 3.5, as the return of the product will have to be done at your own expense.
